Aisle to Table LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates aisletotable.com. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Data We Collect
When you browse our site, we collect standard web analytics data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time on site. This data is collected via cookies and analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 and may include advertising pixels (Meta, Pinterest).
When you place an order, we collect: your full name, email address, shipping address (your wedding venue), billing address, phone number, wedding date, guest count, and payment information. Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers.
When you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and, if provided, your wedding date and approximate venue state.
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide in your message.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to process and fulfill your rental order; communicate order status, shipping information, and return instructions; send you the pre-event reminders and post-event follow-ups described in your order confirmation; respond to customer service inquiries; provide order history for your records; and, with your consent, send you marketing emails about new collections and seasonal news.
We share your shipping address with UPS and FedEx to fulfill outbound deliveries and process return labels. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies for core functionality (shopping cart, session), analytics (Google Analytics 4), and advertising (Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag). Non-essential cookies do not fire until you consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using the "Your Privacy Choices" page linked in our footer.
Data Retention
We retain order records for seven (7) years as required by standard accounting practices and Florida law. Email marketing lists are maintained until you unsubscribe. Web analytics data is retained per the default settings of each analytics provider.
Your Rights
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Union/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR) have the following rights: the right to know what data we hold about you; the right to access a copy of your data; the right to request deletion of your data (subject to order record retention requirements); the right to opt out of marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email); and the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.
